Once you have completed the following:

• PA Criminal History Search (PATCH)
• PA Child Abuse Screening
• FBI Background Check Affidavit (PA Resident for past 10 years) or FBI Background Check Topsheet

You will need to combine them into a single PDF file and submit them via the Stack Sports website.  
Once you have merged the three files into a single PDF, upload the file via Stack Sports by:

• Log into https://pottstownsc.epysalive.org/coaches
• Navigate to "My Member Account"
• Locate the item named "Safety/Additional Certification", Click "Upload".
• Upload the merged PDF

Alternatively, you can manually merge the files yourself:

• If you use a Mac, Combine a PDF Using the Preview App
• If you use Windows and have Adobe Acrobat (note: Adobe Acrobat Reader won't work), Combining Files Using Adobe Acrobat Pro/DC
