Like most other youth sports organizations, Pottstown SC, has adopted a concussion policy, that will be in effect for all club sponsored events. As part of this initiative, all coaches will be required to complete the Center for Disease Control Heads Up Concussion Awareness Training. This can be completed online in about 20 minutes and you will receive your certificate immediately. There is no user fee for this training.

The training can be completed at the following web address https://www.cdc.gov/headsup/youthsports/training/index.html. After you have completed the training you will need to upload a copy of your certificate to Stack Sports (details to follow once Stack Sports is fully configured).

NOTE: Starting in 2019, the training must be completed annually. If you took the training on or after January 1, 2019, you will not need to take the training again until next year. If you took the training prior to January 1, 2019, you will need to take the training again and submit the certificate via Stack Sports.
