If you submitted clearance information between 2015 and 2019, we likely have your clearance information on file and you shouldn't have to request new PATCH and Compass information.

Unfortunately, due to how the new Safe Sports site works, we are not able to automatically load these files into Safe Sport. Instead you have to merge your FBI Background Check Affidavit or Topsheet along with your PATCH and Child Abuse History Screening information into a single file and upload that to Safe Sport (sorry). For instructions on how to do this, please refer to how to upload everything to Stack Sports.

However, you will need to do all of the following:

Complete an FBI Background Check or Affidavit
Complete Safe Sport Training (includes mandatory child abuse reporter training)
Concussion Training (if completed before, January 1, 2019, you will need to take it again, as concussion training is now an annual requirement).

The entire process make take several days to complete.
